No good points with tesco car insurance


Bad Points

My case was eventually going to court taking my witnesses ,but then my solicitor that worked for tesco spoke down at me saying i would loose the case and tesco didnt want to pay for court costs of 5,000 . I was really upset tesco payed for damages to his car and i lost my £250 excess and my no claims. He basically won and so did tesco.


General Comments

I had a accident when i was going to my horse riding class one morning. Me and this range rover collided when the weather was bad i was in deep shock when it happened i was not hurt . I got out my car and the other driver was shouting abuse at me saying it was clearly my fault and that i should admit it . A married couple lived near by they had seen everything they came out and said it was not my fault at all they would stick by me all the way. tesco car insurance gave me no sympathy . They never updated me with the case i had to constantly contact them it took ages to get through by phone taking nearly 2 yrs to resolve the case my witnesses said they would still go through with it all considering we got nowhere with tesco.
