I used a special order form giving a free toy with each order plus free delivery and £10 off orders above £20. Vertbaudet cashed my cheque straight away but wrote to me to ask for more money. They wanted an extra £13.99 (being the £10 I'd taken off as my offer discount and the delivery charge that was supposed to be free). I called them and the lady I spoke to seemed very nice and said she'd sort it out. A week later I checked my account and the £3.99 delivery charge was still showing. When I recieved my order the free toy was also missing. I've spoken to customer services again who again seemed very nice on the phone and said they'd send me the toy and remove the delivery charge. I'm yet to see if they'll get it right this time but I won't be buying from them again.
