Bad Points

The brushes were not effective and dont pick up bits of cotton etc The hose is weakened in use and breaks easily - the wand /handle also breaks - the number of parts that obviously fail are evident by the number of parts offered on ebay which sell out.


General Comments

The Dyson is marketed very well but gives a false impression on how effective it is. Generally not as good as other vacuums for the same price
