poor customer service from customer relationship centre. do not resolve or respond to issues quickly and appropriatley. dnt not want to take resposibility for mistakes they make....constantly being fobbed off.


General Comments

never again... i would not wish Welcome finance on my worst enemy!

i have had nothing but problems from day 1 of my vehicle hire purchase agreement, i am currently voluntarily terminating my agreement, i have had it up to here.

    I have had huge problems with Welcome Finance - they took debit card details off me, for one payment, without my knowledge they kept all details and processed every week! they legally should have destroyed my personal detailsbut they didn't and every week payments went out of my account without authorisation , and then magically lost them!!!! I also have a contract that relates to another car and another person with all there details, I have asked since november last year that they send me my contract and every time (it is the printer is broken) (it has to be sent from head office) they said 3 days ago if I didn't pay £100 calling on personal mobile numbers! that they were going collect my car within 1/2 hour, this amount doesn't even relate to weekly or monthly amount... they are horrendous to deal with - something should be done - must be done they are viel!!!!!!!!!!
