Bad Points

We were offered several drinks throughout the day, when we said yes, we never actually recieved them.
Kept waiting over 6 hours altogether and only got seen when we said we were going to leave without even the free photographs!
Paid £50 for one photograph and recieved after 5 weeks, with half my sisters head chopped off, contacted customers services who said i chose this picture? why they assume i would chose to pay £50 for half a head i do not know! Patronising, unhelpful and basically crap firm!!


General Comments

Pay a little bit more and use a firm that actually believe in good customer service!! Very let down after several problems with New ID Burlingtons,!!
