got a quote from more than on one of the comparison sites. could not review the quote so rang to complete. when paperwork came through there was a mistake and so had to ring again to clarify twice. they then took the whole amount out of my account instead of monthly installments . was put through to india when i needed to complain and got nowhere. then told would have told have to cancell policy and start again and then told could not insure as had a two week ban that they were made aware of at the beginnning. had to go back to my original inshurance company and ended up payone £350 more than the original renewal quote. dont know what they must be like if you actually have an accident and want to claim
