All I ask for from TD Canada Trust Banking is to ensure that the cheque is posted on the account in order that I can view it on easy web. 1/2 the time this is never done and it can take days and hours on the phone in order to get it. Easy Line ( should be hard line) staff (also located in India) are not helpful whatsoever. Systems are down can't access now. Call back at 4:00 am. I asked if the manager had a pen and he can request. no way to log and follow up with a request if done through easy line. They can't even guarantee that they will be able to do this all the time. i am going to go in tomorrow and start closing down my accounts. Success at branches with customer service but I don't have the time for person to person experience I want to click with ease. Bye TD
