Good Points

When they used to do cash back


Bad Points

When they stopped the cash back offer
The multiple times that the card got stopped and re issued.
Unable to cancel contract.


General Comments

I went for a Marbles card when they first started. All was fine at the begining - nice simple online managment service - and getting cash back on the account was a real bonus. Then I had several occassions when my transaction was stopped due to suspicion of fraud (but it wasn't) and I had to ring their service centre to get the card going again. Then on 3 separate occassions they called me and told me to destroy my card as it had been frauded - a bit inconvenient with over a weeks wait each time. When they swapped to Bank of Scotland I cancelled the contract. Or rather tried to. I still keep getting a statement from them and a regular letter asking me to activate a card that they never sent me. I have rung them up and told them, they told me it was all sorted ..... and guess what I got in the post today !
