On thursday last week a small van collided with my car while it was parked in the street.Luckily for me i was in the area and happened upon the incident soon after it occurred.Even more fortunately for me the driver was insured with Churchills .By the following day they had an engineer on the way to determine the damage and by the following monday i received a call telling me the write-off valiuation which was very reasonable and i have a cheque from them for the full amount in my possession less than a week after the incident..
All this was conducted with impeccable accuracy and excellent communication.Icannot fault them
