General Comments
Having suffered the declining service of AOL for the past two years,and after spending a great deal of time trying to find an efficient Broadband provider I have just subscribed to FAST.co.uk HAVE I STRUCK GOLD... YOU BET!!!
Installation was quick and only took about ten minutes even for a novice like me! The support team at FAST are polite, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Based in the UK nothing seems too much trouble for them. Calls are answered promptly on a landline number with no options to choose from or painful musical queue waiting.
Download speed is extremely fast.
In conclusion whilst FAST is at the higher end of the ISP spectrum, my package around £22 per month, I believe I am definitely getting what I am paying for. That is simply an excellent Broadband Service and for me that is money well spent.
How I stuck the declining service of AOL for so long beggers belief!
I cannot recommend FAST highly enough and am just frustrated that it took me so long to find and change to them.
