General Comments

Horrible service from Alitalia. Rude flight attendants. I asked for an extra blanket because it was absolutely freezing on the plane, and the flight attendant gave me this look and very rudely said "You should have brought another jacket. I'm not giving you another blanket." Who did he think he was talking to a customer that way.

On my way back from Athens I got in an argument with the Alitalia personnel at the check in counter who refused to check my luggage because he deemed it to heavy for anyone to carry it on the plane. I had myself carried my suitcase down three flights of stairs, into a cab, and into the airport. It weighted a little over 50lb. I had to buy a duffel bag, transfer some of my clothes to the duffel bag so that that they would check my luggage.

They are an all around horrible company. Flew from Boston to Milano, and had a connecting flight to Athens. I will NEVER flight with them again. Old planes. Uncomfortable seat. Rude and mean flight attendants. The headaches of flying with them was not worth the money I saved.
