Stargreen is one of the best agencies I have found for tickets in London. Delivery is usually reliable and although it is sometimes expensive one can pick up the tickets for free from their office near Oxford Circus. They are helpful and friendly both on the phone and in person (the phone number is a normal London one, not premium rate). On the one occasion my tickets did not arrive in time for a concert it did take some time to get through to them on the phone, but this was because the Michael Jackson concert tickets were released on the same day and they were consequently swamped, so maybe they had a reason for the poor service then. Usually the phone is answered promptly.
