General Comments
Virgin Active Health Clubs customer care is very very bad to say the least. They dont give a damn about you, face to face they smile and apologise but if you threaten to leave because you have been struggling with their customer service they will politely tell you to take a hike coz they do not need you. I have been struggling with them for 4 months now and have just decided to give up as they could not be bothered. I never complained when the sauna was not working or when the club was being evacuated during my training session or when the machines were broken......
