Reception are. Nice and clean. Friendly staff here.
Food and drink available.
Changing rooms spacious.
Bad Points
Dirty pool areas. We were first in and there was litter under the stairs. Chewing gum stuck on the floor.
Life guards were miserable.
Took ages for the food to be served in the restaurant next to the pool.
Locker fee non refundable!
General Comments
Staffordshire Waterworld is best described as dirty and dated. Rides need upgrading. They should look at what the water theme park at Alton Towers offers.
