reaches to the top of the stairs

General Comments

what is all this complaining about? i had this for 7 years and it does what it says and never had a problem with it its been an awesome vacuum cleaner.
it is basically made out of high impact plastic i mean really strong plastic. it has served us weel ,cleaned my family home brilliantly ( as i have 11 people in my family) it is wirth it it just cost me £529.00 .
if you buy a dyson dc01 i think you wil be very pleased with it.
