General Comments
I Will NEVER travel with Jet2.com airline again!!
The plane was very threadbare and quite grubby and the seat pitch was not what they claim for long haul.
Upon our return complaints were dealt with promptly by the Agent but we (the Agent and us ) are still waiting for areply other than the general "we are following the reccomendations of.... blah blah.
This Airline should try to live up to its claims on their web site and start treating the passengers that pay their wages like Humans not Cattle!
