Good Points

none if you want to p/x and pay cash. The sales reps try to push the finance so they must get commission for doing so.


Bad Points

they pounce on you upon entry, no customer service skill, complete waste of time going


General Comments

don't believe the Carcraft online valuation as this is a ploy to get you into the sales room, my car is 6 years old and is in lovely condition. They discounted the valuation by over £600 based on two scuffs on alloy wheels that were an extra on my car and a slight scratch by the boot. The car I wanted to purchase was in worse condition than mine.
