The quality is very acceptable and the flame effect is most realistic. The nature of the flame effect operation which appears to be motor driven does result in a background hum. This is only detectable where there is silence in the room but it might just be an issue to some if listening to a very quiet section of music. I was very satisfied with all aspects of purchase and delivery from Fireplace Megastore.
