Bad Points
Late flights, rude customer service who cannot answer simple questions such as what is one stop and do not ask for any help on the web site as they have no idea.
Was told by 3 reps that there are not supervisors after 5 pm, so they all do not have to help anyone or treat you professionally.
General Comments
Flew with Southwest Airlines from Tampa to New Orleans, not exiting the plane, it was late leaving Tampa by 1 hour and new orleans by 30 minutes. Weather was good, but they did not give reason. I think they were waiting for late passengers that bought tickets that day
