General Comments

When I collected my car from purple parking on returning from my holiday early hours of the morning, it was parked in an area which was pitch black and you could not even see any cars. I had to press my central lock keys to find the car. My car was parked up close to a wall. The next day when i checked my car over they had damaged my car. I called them straight away only to be told the so say manager would call me back. I called several times to try and speak to the Manager who never once returned my calls. I reported this to Purple parking who said they could do nothing for me and that I had to deal direct with the cowboys in Bristol, I said I had tried and that no one was getting back to me and they did not want to know. I would advise anyone not to park their car there. Very unprofessional, A bunch of cowboys. Be warned !
