General Comments

Ordered a product from Ideal World for £63.00 and waited and waited for delivery. Phoning them numerously, I was given nothing but excuses finally being told that the courier had lost the item.
I asked them for an immediate refund but was told I had to wait for a form to fill in which should come sometime after Easter but I wont hold my breath. I then phoned Greased Lightning who are the main sellers of this product and ordered the same item for next day delivery and was told they had recieved numerous complaints about Idealworld and were not happy.
I would say to anyone do not do business with Idealworld.
