Bad Points

Customer Services is a sham. Postal cost over the top considering when I returned items it only cost £2.86 thats recorded delivery.

General Comments

I have bought items from bidtv which I have been pleased with, but recently bought two watches at 2 months in between each one, both of them had defects and were returned. I was very
shocked to see the refund was only the costs of the watches and not the postal cost which was £7.81each = £15.62. Their
customer service telephone number cost on my phone £1.per
minute, so I am reluctant to phone them because when I have in the past complained of a missing item in a package it was passed on but no response thereafter. Being a pensioner I
can not afford to lose this amount of money. so I WILL NOT BE DEALING WITH BIDTV ANY MORE.
