Results very quick easy diet to follow and the products are pleasant tasting. I havent experienced upset tummy or constipation as yet.
Bad Points
I have been grumpy and felt very tired but only for three days so thats not too bad
General Comments
Ive only just started lighterLife and have struggled through the first three days feeling grumpy and tired! Its now my fourth day and I was weighed at my drop in and Ive lost three and a half pounds already, Ive only got to loose two stone so hopefully it wont be longer than a couple of months.

How can you be put on this diet as you only have 2stone to loose. I thought you had to have a high BMI before they would allow you on this diet. I thought they were very strict about this?
