They could use some more staff in the call centre.
General Comments
I have been with the Co-op for ten years and found them to be consistantly excellent in service. The internet banking has been flawless, the call team friendly and helpful. I wouldn't move banks if you paid me.

I found this review unhelpful because...it is not representative of the experience of the majority of posts on this forum, nor my own.
However I think there may be an explanation in that it may be referring to their personal banking services and the Smile arm of the bank - both of these do indeed seem to have good reviews. Unfortunately the Business Internet Banking sevice is a completeley different system based on something called CORBA and is absolutely dreadful at peak time e..g. the last week of the month.
