I bought a dress from Debenhams on the phone the 6th of March. I was promised to get it within 5 days. when i called, they said they couldnt garanty delivery before 10 days. i still didnt get it after 10 days and every day that i called them they told me a new excuse. the 30th of March, almost a whole month after, i called them and said i had enough of all the distress and waiting for this dress and wanted a refund. they said they were sorry and that they would refund me my money without any extra charges. i got some of my money back, but they still charged me 5 pounds for delivery charges, and i didnt even receive it in the end!
