Good Points

Looks nice. Garuantee good and price reasonable £499.00.


Bad Points

Hinge placement changed from earlier models. Spin speed too high for an integrated unit. Difficult to plump line to level. Cold feed hose old fashioned, without antisyphon connection


General Comments

The AEG 1402 was a replacement for a previous AEG integrated washing machine. The door hing position has been changed , in order for the door to be hung; the cut outs in the door had to be plugged and re-drilled for the new positions. JL gave us a £25.00 credit for the inconvenience. We found that the spin speed of 1400 rev were too fast which viabrated against the sides of the base unit and door. JL agreed to take it back and replaced it with a Neff 1200 rev for additional cost of £200.00.
