Bad Points

Too frequent refills needed, and time to let cool/let off pressure in order to refill takes more than with regular iron which tends to take up much of the time saved.

Also I bought from a distributor at a home show who told me it was normally $300, but the show price was $200 (which I paid with tax). I found later that it can be purchased online for $169, plus about $10 S&H.

General Comments

Overall I LOVE this Redfern Eurosteam iron. The one drawback is the frequency needed to fill the water boiler. When filled I can do about 2-1/2 men's short sleeve shirts on "disconinuous" steam before needing to refill. Takes much less time and effort (pressure) to do ironing than with regular steam irons.
