Went down to buy a car a bmw m3 from The Car Shop Megastore, was told it was at another branch but they would get the car here (northampton) for £450 deposit so foolishly i paid two days later i returned to look over the car to find it was still not there. They give me all the gobbled gook one man can take and said "we do anything to keep are customers happy" ie It was are mistake we will look after full tank of fuel etc etc if you choose another car from us.
So yet again i trusted them went through with the deal as far as i could was told i will get a phone call on the tuesday to finalize all the details this call never arrived so i decided not to go any further with them as this was the second mistake they made with me in only a week. I then went to them asking for my deposit back to be told it is non refundible and it was me pulling out of the deal so ther for i would loose my money.
