General Comments
Fitness First Epsom....this is in response to reading a previous comment by anbother FFepsom member you are only paying between £22.95 and £35 per month so it is amazingly cheep i am suprised it is not more considering how nice the club and staff are and the classes have not been reduced just shuffled about as anyclub do 4 times per year i have been a member for five years and on one occasion the toilets in the ladies overflowed and was dealt with within minutes and that does not reflect on the club and who its ran by and was later found out to have been plugged with toilet tissue by a member. Personally I think the staff are lovely they always smile and constantly on there feet making sure it is clean and tidy and any problems i have had have been sorted rapidly the reception staff are fab! one of them, even noticed the fact i had my hair cut and complimented me on it how lovely is that and she always wishes me a good day/evening and i often see her talking to members asking what they had gotten up to in the holidays! the staff are all especially helpfull they are always very presentable and strive to do their best to please all members.
