Vodafone is officially the WORST network I have EVER been with there customer service team if you can even call them that are possibly the most incompetent people I have ever had to deal with finding even the most simple of tasks completely impossible! Due to there complete lack of training and brain cells I have been charged about £15 for THEIR mistakes. On trying to recuperate this money I have been passed to about 10 different people at their appalling call centre. And have reached a brick wall! I urge anyone considering Vodafone to ignore their ' unlimited 'offers as these are not and once VAT is added there are much cheaper tariffs with other companies. As soon as my contract runs out I will be getting away from them and returning to 02 as I should never have left them!!!!
