Waste of time


General Comments

I applied for a loan, good credit rating, stable employment (25 years) stable address (25 years) no mortgage, no dependents, good joint income - rejected "did not meet the criteria". Then contacted by Freedom Finance offering me loans at nearly double the rate having been passed the details by "Virgin" - not sure where they came into it as YourPersonalLoans appears to be owned by the Co-Op and has nothing to do with Virgin.

This scenario seems quite common - rejection for no obvious reason then contacted by a broker.

Don't bother wasting your time filling the form in as it places a 'hit' on your credit score.
