General Comments

Internet Cameras Direct are complete and utter amateurs. They took my order saying they had 10+ items in stock on their website. Then told me they hadn't got any. I complained and said their website wouldn't update until the next day. The next day i looked and they still showed the item in stock, so I complained asking my order be dispacthed or they update their site appropriately and stop misleading customers. Magically they emailed me saying they had updated it and within 10 minutes it showed out of stock. yet the day before they told me refreshes wouldn't happen until that night....yet in ten minutes they magically updated it. Terrible customer care.
