General Comments
After buying our 2 power recliner sofas I casually had a look at the reviews on this site and was quite horrified by what I read. This did not bode well for us, and having already committed to buying the sofas I kept quiet and waited. ' We were given a delivery date of 8 - 10 weeks and as the time approached I steeled myself for disappointment. 7 weeks and 4 days from the date of order I had a phone call to say that the sofas were in stock and to arrange a delivery date. A date was arranged for 2 days later and I was told that the delivery guys would phone me when they were an hour away from the house. It was an all day delivery slot so I arranged my day so that I was available at home for the whole day. At 8.20am the phone rang and the guys told me they would be with me within the hour , at 9.15 they arrived. They unloaded the sofas positioned them in the room, tested the reclining mechanisms and gave me ample time to check the quality. ' The sofas were perfect! All in all an excellent experience from start to finish. ' I know that I have been lucky but I would just like to congratulate SCS Sofas.
