Good Points

cabin and wardrobe space, much more than in a hotel room. Food and choice is great
Entertainment and staff very good

Bad Points

My daughter was on the bottom deck and struggled to get to sleep with the engine noises and waves against the side of the ship. I was on deck 3 and didnt bother me at all.

General Comments

I have just returned from the Colourful Coast Cruise with my husband, daughter 21 and her boyfriend and son aged 15. This is not our first cruise and I must say we really do enjoy cruises. We did have a great time although the weather wasnt great had about 3 good days the rest were cloudy, We had a nice size cabin for 3 of us on deck 3 pleanty of wardrobe space and kept very clean by cabin staff.
The food was lovely, however I do feel we have had better, but the choice is great there is always something to eat for everyone.
The entertainment was very good the staff do work really hard. The game shows are really funny for all the family.I do wish cruises would chip into the younger market though, we went out of school holidays and I must say there were a lot of old people. We are a couple aged 42.As the Easter holidays were approaching there were more families getting on. As this was the first cruise I have been on where people get on and off at each port.
We went on an excursion to Morroco as I did not fancy doing this myself some of the stories I had read and glad I did, it was excellent value for money 4 x 4 jeep safari. It cost £49 each and that included lunch in a Kazbar which was great fun and very nice, We could never have seen what we did in the 8 hour trip. I was fab the highlite for all of us.
All in all I still think cruises are the way forward where can you visit a different place every day. food is lovely, entertainment is great every night, certainly not a beach holiday.
