Well, I haven't finish my adventure with HMV. I ordered movie on 4 of February and it hasn't been sent yet. They are still waiting for supplier. They did reply for my first email, but didn't for second, when I was really angry (but not rude). I am extremely dissappointed service they are providing. They advised me to cancel the order if I dont't want to wait. There is no due dates, it's just as soon as possible, which doesn't look very possible... I didn't cancel my order yet, I wonder when they are finaly do something... Probably my card expires by then...

I'm not surprised you are SOOOO angry. If I don't get to watch a movie then I cry and throw my teddy out of the pram
