General Comments

I bought a washing machine for my father - in December the machine broke down, after 2 weeks Comet sent someone out to repair the machine, it was fitted with a new motor and still did not work, they then needed to fit a new mother board, the machine went for about another two weeks then broke down again. Once again the repair was done another new motor rewired and a another new mother board and the machine still did not work. Called on many occasions and wrote letters to have the machine replaced was told that they would not replace the machine but would have it repaired again. It had taken from December to April for comet to sort out this problem.
