Bad Points

Slow. Bad advice. Using 3rd party operators. Call centre staff not bothered. compensation of a £1.99 AA route book!


General Comments

I have cancelled my AA membership
The reason is the very poor service.
My car broke down with a coil pack defect. They sent a tow truck after 2 hours which was 3 City Recovery (not AA) and this tow truck itself was leaking oil so they were not able to recover the car until next day despite it being parked in a dark car park all night.
The RAC are much better.
