Good Points

No good points. I was totally let down


Bad Points

Everything was bad. I wish I used a proper company


General Comments

Platinum Prestige Travel, Rolls Royce turned up late. The car was not very clean. And they requested more money as I went 5 minutes over the time agreed. They requested an additional £150.00. I was forced to call a cab and pick us up from the High Street as they would not drive us any further and threatened to debit my account by £150.00.
