Good Points

None whatsoever.


Bad Points

Sending wrong items, making me stay in for a whole day so that they can pick up their £20 bottle of perfume. Just arrogance in general.


General Comments

I ordered over the internet from House of Fraser and they delivered the wrong item. I got no apology, now they're saying that I have to stay in for their courier to pick up the wrong item that they sent (perfume), so this Thursday I have to stay in between 9am and 5pm!!! And I've had no apology, or any kind of compensation or nice gesture from the company.
