Good Points

Good web-site, easy to place the order, delivered within four days at no extra charge. Very impressed!


Bad Points

I didn't have an email saying my order was on it's way, but now I know you seem not to do that, I will happily just wait for the arrival next time.


General Comments

Excellent service from HMV, I shall return to buy other items from you. I have already told several people just how efficient you are. The DVD is of a film (Tribute to Pavarotti) which I had seen at a cinema recently, and the DVD is perfect quality.
