Good Points

The cheapest flight prices.


Bad Points

Awful and rude customer service, and time of the flights is not very convenient.


General Comments

The customer service is very rude. Usually those people are there to help you and tell you what you can do in your favor, but Expedia kept advising me about policies which prohibit me from changing the flight. I bought insurance if I need to change or cancel my flight, turns out that I can cancel or change it, but there is a $250 charge for that!
