They fly from City airport in London.
General Comments
Swiss International Air Lines require you to check in 30 minutes before departure at City airport which is silly - other airlines such as Air France, BA only require you to arrive 10 - 15 05mins!!! If you cancel a flight they are incredibly hesitant to refund your taxes. 6 weeks now I am waiting!! They ignore your emails, fail to communicate or offer any explanation.. bad experience. Bad customer service! Lack of thought for customer.
