General Comments

I recently purchased a new mobile from Carphone warehouse, the mobile turned up the day after I placed my order which I was very surprised but pleased with. Since then I have had nothing but problems via the website and phone assistance, I purchased the £10 airtime along with the phone (deal) but when I received my mobile there was no credit on it, so I waited a couple of days thinking it took some time.. I left it for about two weeks before finally sending a Email explaining I had received my phone but not the £10 Airtime, yet I got no reply so I decided to send another email and yet again no reply. I was really frustrated at this point and decided to contact them via phone call, but they had me on hold for nearly 45 minutes and when he finally came back from speaking to a colleague he credited my phone with £10, which took a week to go on. My point is though that from calling their call centre on my house phone and being on hold for 45 minutes it was pointless getting the Airtime as it cost me near £10 to get £10.
I do not recommend this seller.
