General Comments

Disgusting...! Thats the word i would use to describe the overall manner and attitude of the staff at SCS Sofas! Apparently the sofas we ordered last May (2008) were in perfect condition when delievered regardless of the poor stitching, lumpy cushions and virtually threadbare arms. When we complained we were told an upholsterer would come out.. he did, four months later to find that he would need to re-assess the condition of the sofas when he finally came again another 3 months later he bought the wrong fabric.... I have now been waiting nearly a year to the date they were delievered.
