Staff were so friendly, food was varied, entertainment was great-day and night pools were clean and the gym and spa were fabulous.
Bad Points
Had to come home and can't afford to go back for a couple of months but will be going back before the end of the year.
General Comments
Crown Resorts Horizon Hotel is fantastic, great staff all round especially the animators, they worked really hard and were extremely friendly, the food was great the rooms all had great views and were spacious and the entertainment was very good.
