My son ordered 3 office chairs from Furniture at Work , all arrived quite quickly but all of them were not suitable for use. The two bigger ones, the bolts did not fit and they looked as if they were second hand, marked and dirty. The smaller one the lift arm didn't work. It took numerous expensive phone calls to get them picked up, eventually the smaller one was and a refund came within two weeks. The bigger ones were still littering my front room for 5 weeks. Still expensive phone calls were made to no avail. Got in touch with Consumer Direct, sent their letter, still no luck, was handed to Trading Standards, e-mails and letters were sent saying this. Result, although Trading Standards did not get in touch with them, the chairs were eventually picked up and a refund came through. If you do risk buying stuff off them make sure you use a credit card if the purchase is over £100 at least then you are covered. My son used his debit card this is a warning not to.
