We moved from the U.S. to London 6 months ago and we decided to sign the 12-month contract with SKY. So far it has been the worst experience we've had since we moved here. one of the customer service people actually hung up on me when I asked to speak with his supervisor. We made several appointments for someone to come and fix our dish, but they would never call to say they weren't coming. I called countless times trying to cancel our services but I was told that I would have to write a letter and that they weren't allowed to put me through to any managers. If I had any complaints I would have to write in.
