Bad Points

Poor quality heaters with a habit of failing randomly and customer care from Bestway is limited to say the least - buy one but pray it does not go wrong


General Comments

The Bestway Lay-Z-Spa Hot Tub Spa is a really great item and the idea is fantasic and the cost is not really too prohibitive considering the cost of "proper" tubs - great for parties or just to chill out. When they work and are reliable - they are great and can be set up and up to top temperature overnight
