Good Points

Worked good for the 2 times I used it.


Bad Points

Not good for more then 2 times!! To expensive for that!!


General Comments

OMG--I too have used my Bissell 9400E Proheat Select twice before, and now it does not work! I bought it 10 months ago--this is my 3rd use and only the upholustry cleaner will work---does nort spray floor or carpet at all. Not worht the $250 I paid!
