General Comments

The given telephone contact numbers for Abbey Internet Banking technical help on internet banking:
took me to business banking!
business banking transfer you to personal banking
the number rang for ever then cut me off!

i decided to call another department listed on the ib contact us screen.
the options given on calling general/internet registration don't give you a 'registration' option until you have taken a guess at a previous option!

on registration passcode/registration letters do not give a time line on how long these are valid.

After two years and several notifications of change of address, the old address is still being used - so further confidential information re registration on internet were a bout to be sent to the wrong address - so much for abbey security!
